FULL MOON YOGA(WOLF MOON) for Thursday, January 28, 2021
Full Moons are a type of cleansing, recharging, relaxing and being open to receive. This practice will help guide the student to focus on letting go and find a steady flow of balance, abundance and gratitude. All levels are welcome! It includes a gentle flow through a set of postures, meditation and pranayama.
