MONDAY (L) STRENGTH & BALANCE for Monday, October 12, 2020

We offer several Strength and Balance classes each week. Attending 2 of these classes per week satisfies The American Heart Association's strength training requirements for health and fitness. The 8am Monday class is low intensity and focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio.
