Please join us for our annual Christmas luncheon followed by the traditional Onion Creek Ladies Association Christmas Home tour. Several of our lovely members are opening up their homes for viewing of their talents in presenting their Christmas Décor for us to enjoy.

RESERVATIONS

 *Important!  

Change to the deadline date for luncheon reservations and cancellations.    

      All reservations and cancellations for OCCLA Luncheons must be completed by 5 pm on Friday, December 15th using ForeTees. This includes the full name of all guests - TBD is not acceptable - and all table requests. No additions or changes can be made after the Friday deadline.  Your account will be billed based on reservations received by the Friday before the luncheon. 

     This will be the standard procedure going forward due to Club policy.  Club policy is 7 days before an event, so we are getting a little extra time, but can no longer accept reservations or changes after Friday. 

     All reservations must go through the reservation committee. Please do not call the club to make reservations. Joan Cooke will be out of town in December so please call or email Barbara Browne or Jackie Bennett if you cannot get in ForeTees or have a special request. 

     We appreciate your cooperation with the club policies and your assistance in working with the new deadline. Looking forward to seeing you at the Christmas lunch and house tour!
