SATURDAY CHAIR CLASS for Saturday, November 21, 2020

A class where stretching, cardio, strength and cognitive exercises are done sitting in a chair. The instructor creates several balance exercises including Tai Chi. This class is suitable for anyone who has trouble standing while exercising, is rehabbing from an injury or needs extra work on balance.
