THURSDAY BARRE/PILATES CLASS for Thursday, October 15, 2020
Our modern Pilates class focuses on alignment, core, general muscle strengthening, and breathing. This low impact class stresses mindful movement and teaches participants how to use muscles properly to execute movement. Props and body weight are used to achieve a full body workout. This is a challenging class, but all levels are welcomed. Please bring a mat and meet in the studio!
