Join us for an evening of romance, elegance, and exceptional dining this Valentine?s Day. Chef Doug has created a three-course menu designed for you and your special someone to share, savor, and celebrate love.

Advance menu selection is required for this Valentine?s dining experience.

Members will be charged based on their selected dishes, plus beverages. Menu selections must be submitted at the time of reservation to allow our culinary team to thoughtfully prepare each course and provide a seamless, attentive dining experience throughout the evening. Portion recommendations are included as a guide, and members are welcome to select as many items as they wish to create their ideal Valentine?s celebration.

Oysters on the Half Shell (1 Dozen) | $24

Freshly shucked oysters served on ice with a classic red wine mignonette and fresh lemon.

Seared Scallops (4 Pieces) | $22

Perfectly seared sea scallops served over a silky celery root purée with a light pan jus.

Burrata Board | $18

Creamy burrata paired with prosciutto, grilled grapes, a drizzle of honey, and crisp crostini for sharing.

2nd Course | Recommended 1 per person

Spaghetti with a 16 oz Meatball & Garlic Bread | $24

Our take on a classic ? a house-made 16-ounce meatball simmered in rich tomato sauce, served over spaghetti with garlic bread.

Lobster Ravioli & Garlic Bread | $30

Tender lobster-filled ravioli tossed in a light, buttery sauce and served with warm garlic bread.

Cowboy Butter Steak served with 24 Hour Potatoes & Asparagus | $42

Grilled 12-ounce ribeye finished with cowboy butter, served with a 24-hour potato and roasted asparagus

3rd Course | Shareable Dessert | Recommended 1 Per Couple

Raspberry Creme Brulé | $12

Classic vanilla custard topped with a caramelized sugar crust and fresh raspberry accents

Chocolate Lava Cake | $14

Warm chocolate cake with a molten center, served à la mode
